GIDF USA's Kick Off Fundraiser

GIDF USA organized its first fundraiser event on July 28th 2011 at Mantra in downtown Boston, MA. The guests were welcomed by GIDF’s Business Head – Harshita Sood & then introduced to the organization with a video that showed the enormous work done by them back in India. All this was later taken over by world class lounge music from Nirvana to Buddha bar to midival puntitz.

Not only this, the guests were also served with delicious appetizers. According to Harshita, majority of the guests were very impressed with the kind of work GIDF has been doing and would also like to raise a helping hand in the future events of GIDF USA.

A donation box, flyers and wine bottle bags were also kept for sale and to live up to the spirit of fundraising, many attendees purchased the bag and further donated to the cause. GIDF USA's first event was not only a very successful one but it was an event where everyone mingled, socialized and had fun. GIDF USA wishes and hopes to have many such events in the future.
