• Inauguration of the STI Clinic
States first STI clinic in association with GAIL/UNICEF-United Nations Children Fund/MPSAC- Madhya Pradesh Aids Control Society & NACO- National Aids Control Society was inaugurated on the 30th November'09.
This initiative was especially taken for the truckers, youth and the sex workers. Because of the lack of awareness and health services they don’t get the right information and hence they indulge in risks of STD's. The STI clinic is aimed to promote safe sex behavior by disseminating knowledge and awareness and to diagnose clientele with STDs at their earliest stage and provide them proper medication to stop the infection.
This initiative is hugely appreciated at the state level and hence we planned to inaugurate the clinic by organizing a grand event to publicize our services to the maximum number of clientele groups. |
