The Dream of a Healthy India ... Come True Saving Village... Changing Lives...

Educational Initiatives

Even though India has an early articulated commitment ot ensuring universalisation of education for its children, this goal continues to remain elusive. We believe that education is the main tool that empowers individuals to make informed choices, resist oppression & claim their rights, besides opening new possibilities & opportunities for themselves. Everything that we do is focused to turn our dream into tangible reality.

We intend to promote education and not just literacy. Apart from basic literacy we work to enhance the personality of the child through various focused individual and group activities.

We have a very comprehensive education programme as per the developmental age of children and socio-economic milieu under which they exist. The philosophy of our organisation is based on the belief that each child deserves an opportunity for total development.

Early Child Education Programme

This programme is targeted for the children in the age group of 3-6 years. This programme aims to provide the less privileged children a pre-school exposure & an opportunity to equip the child for further schooling. The focus of the programme is to facilitate a shift in education from the old methods to the new play-way methods and techniques amongst the children. It aims to build a child’s personality intellectually, physically, emotionally, psychologically and spiritually. We aim to provide children a conducive environment & provide adequate opportunities to acquire knowledge, skills & attitude.

Computer Education

The Foundation lays special emphasis on Computer Education in its various learning centres. The project aims to empower the children with Information Technology. Not only is education important, computer education too is critical considering the role that technology plays in our lives and is likely to play in the coming years. In addition to the school programme we are also using the computers for adult vocational education and community services.

E-Shiksha

The concept of digital divide is quite prevalent between rural & urban India. To bridge this divide we have initiated a unique project which is one it’s kind in the country Project E-Shiksha. The major focus of the initiative is to provide computer education to the children living in the villages. The idea is to bring in the exposure of Computer education to the rural children in order to equip them with the IT skills. A special purpose vehicle has been fabricated which is equipped with the state of art computers with an independent power unit which travels from one village to another to impart computer education to the children. Computer also helps attract students to schools as has been said “You bring computers into schools, you bring children to schools”. By making computers education available in schools at the point of delivery of education we are trying to facilitate the primary and secondary level of education.
